RawShare has been verified to transfer RAW (.ARW) and JPEG files from these Sony cameras:
* Note that this list is not final, I try to update it whenever people write to me that they've tested the app and it works for their camera. I obviously don't have the means to test all the cameras myself, so I need your help!
What your camera needs
RawShare relies on the camera’s “Send to Computer” Wi-Fi feature. If your model includes it, it may work even if it is not listed above - feel free to contact me before buying if you are unsure.
How to check compatibility
- Open Sony’s camera manuals page.
- Search for your exact camera model, then choose Help Guide (Web manual).
- Search the guide for “Transferring images to a computer” or “Send to Computer”. If you find that function, your camera has the feature RawShare needs.
For example, Sony’s α6400 guide includes a Send to Computer section.
Known unsupported models
A7C, A6400A, and A6400AK do not include the required “Send to Computer” function.
